- For the welfare of UAI membership and in keeping with the [host]’s Code of Conduct, and UAE’s rules and regulations, membership to the UAI may be cancelled in the event of a breach of any of the codes of conduct as stipulated by two-thirds vote of the core staff.
- In the event the member is a core staff member, the voting will exclude the concerned person, and include extended working committee members for the voting process.
- In the event a decision by two-thirds vote is not acquired on any given instance above, the case will then be escalated to include Dean of Faculty housing UAI President [hosting campus] voting.
